Chicken Roast

Ingredients

• 1.5 kg chicken

• 15 gm melted butter

• pepper

• Garlic Paste

•  Ginger Paste

• 2 tbs lemon juice

Method

Clean and pat chicken dry with paper towel. Mix added the spices and set side for 1 hour. Brush chicken with melted butter or oil. Put chicken pieces on a shallow dish, place chicken breast side down. Cook for 20 minutes in jet mode, turn the pieces and cook again for some times it isspreading wrap in foil after cooking to keep warm before serving.
