Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

•  2 Cup of flour

• 6 eggs (Farm & big)

• 10-12 tbs of cocoa

• 3 tsp Baking Powder

• 2 Cup Sugar

• 1 Cup Butter/Oil (Soyabean)

Method

Pre heat oven with forced air for 2 minutes. Grind the sugar, Beat the eggs, Mix baking powder and flour very well. Now mix all ingredients except oil very well. After all ingredients mixed oil softly and very well. Spread oil on an oven dish, pour the cake mix and cook on jet set for 10 minutes. check by dippin a knife, if knife comes out clean, Cake is cooked. If knife has mixture sticking then cook for sometime again in microwave. Leaves to cool in container for at least 10 minutes. Turn out and ice as desired.
