General information:
To place an order simply use our ShoppingListTM. Browse around the Kitchen and as you find items of interest click on the
check boxes adjacent to each item and then, before you leave the page click on the
"Add Selections to List" button. When you are done with your shopping
click on the nearest
icon to view, edit and
check out your order at any time.
From the check out screen you have the opportunity to verify the items on the ShoppingListTM and select the payment method. We can accept payment on-line with SecureOrderTM or via the phone, FAX, or snail mail.
SecureOrderTM gives you the opportunity to make your payment on-line. To ensure security you will be connected to a secure commerce server using encrypted data transmission. With SecureOrderTM you can use a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Click on the "Place SecureOrderTM" button in the "Check out" screen to chose this option.
If you would prefer you can phone, FAX, or mail your payment information to us, we will also call you if you wish. From the "Check out" page select "Place Phone/FAX/Mail Order". A form will then come up asking for your delivery and billing information. After you have input your delivery and billing information press the "Send form" button. A new page will come up giving you instructions where to call.
By using our ShoppingListTM you will only need to give us your Name, order number, and credit card number.

The above freight chart is for continental U.S. shipments only. All packages to the continental U.S. will be shipped via UPS GroundTrack or U.S.Postal Service.
Packages to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada addresses will be shipped via United Parcel Service Standard or the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges will be based on weight, size and distance. Before packages are shipped to these destinations you will be advised of the charges by email.
NOTE: All other International shipments and APO/FPO shipments will be sent only by UPS Expedited Worldwide shipping. Payment by Money Order or Bank Cashier's Check is required prior to shipping.
