Pro Prep Block and Pro Prep Pot Rack are solid hard rock maple, manufactured with the same exacting specifications as those used in 1887. The work surface has the standard oil finish provide an extra-long service life. The Block and Pot Rack are sold separately. Both the Block and the Pot Rack have Stainless Steel hooks and bars.
