SCANPAN Titanium Stir Fry Pans

Traditional design for oriental cooking and stir-frying.  


The SCANPAN 2001+ woks are particularly suitable here since they can take the high heat required for this type of cooking.   The flat base of the pan sits safely on the burning element, heating up the sides evenly for the "perfect stir-fry".   The rounded inside corners allow the use of typical Chinese spatulas.   Each SCANPAN Stir Fry Pan comes with a recipe booklet and cooking tips, a tempura rack to rest the food that has been cooked, and a pair of cooking chop sticks.
