| "The Best Kept Secret" Most mills adjust the grind size with their top knob. This can cause the mills top knob to be too loose or too tight, which can freeze their upper grinding handle. These mills first require a sample test grinding to determine pepper grind size - then experiment with the top knob - adjusting until your desired grind is found. "Not So With The William Bounds Mills" A/B: The William Bounds Mill allows the knob to be fully tight without freezing the section. C: The adjusting ring tells where the grind size is set and allows a snap change to fine, medium, or coarse before grinding. D: The three positions change through the cam.
